Annoying Co-Workers

Co-workers. Arg. If only they would all disappear when you wanted. Actually only the annoying ones the rest can stay. Why make work harder then it has to be? There's no reason to. Yes! Customers are annoying too but they are what gets us paid! Why other employees argue with them is something completely and utterly stupid. The goal is to get them in and out as fast as possible and that only works if u gave the customer what they want( if its reasonable). Smile and then when they leave mutter under ur breathe about them. Don't be an ass on purpose and have to call me to deal with an angry customer over something i should punch u in the face for. Some people are just weird to start with and u just bear with it; they will not be hanging around forever. good grief. annoying co-workers.

Phone Calls

Phone calls. Thats all I should need to say. Whenever you are in the middle of something the phone rings either on one line or both lines at the same time. You could have a line of customers and your working alone; the phone will go off a hundred times and when you have no customers or any help the phone will be silent. Also the worst is when you get to the phone and give the greeting and the response you get is a click. They have the wrong number and they hang up with out saying "Sorry I have the wrong number". Lastly the other thing that annoys me is when people call and ask "Are u open?". If we are not opened WHY WOULD I ANSWER THE PHONE? I feel like responding "No we are not opened. I am at home in my pjs, sitting on the couch, watching tv and answering the phone at work". arg. I hate phone calls. :(
